What does the Marshal Fitness warranty cover?▾
Manufacturing defects on electric parts only — motors, electronics, control boards, and displays. Frame, structural welds, and wear-and-tear components (belts, cables, pulleys, foam pads, upholstery) are not covered. Cosmetic damage and damage from misuse or unauthorised commercial use is excluded.
Why 2 years on AED 2,000+ products?▾
Customers spending AED 2,000 or more on a treadmill, home gym, or rower are buying a long-term piece of equipment — and they deserve protection that matches. We checked every other UAE retailer; nobody offers 2 years as standard. That gap is why we made it our promise.
Can I extend the warranty further?▾
Yes — every product page offers a +1-year extension at 10% of the product price. That takes a standard 1-year item to 2 years total, or a premium 2-year item to 3 years. The rate is the same for home and commercial use.

Yes — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Genuine spare parts are stocked locally so most repairs are resolved within 3–5 business days of claim approval.
Is the warranty void if I move house or sell the equipment?▾
The warranty travels with the original buyer and the original purchase receipt. If you sell the equipment, the warranty does not transfer to the new owner. Moving within the UAE is fine — we service across all seven emirates.
