If you find the exact same product cheaper at another UAE retailer, we'll match their price — either before you buy (we adjust your order) or within 7 days of purchase (we refund the difference). It applies to identical SKUs from authorised UAE sellers with the item in stock.
How do I submit a price-match claim?▾
WhatsApp our team with a screenshot or link of the competitor's listing — make sure their product page shows the price, the SKU/model, the stock status, and the UAE storefront URL. We verify in under an hour during showroom hours and confirm the adjusted price right there.
Which retailers count?▾
Any UAE-based seller with a physical or registered online presence — Amazon.ae, Noon, Carrefour, Sharaf DG, Sun & Sand Sports, Tavola, or specialist fitness brands like Fitness Town, Sportclub, etc. The competitor must show the product in stock and be selling at the lower advertised price.
What is NOT covered?▾
Marketplace third-party sellers, clearance/closeout/refurbished listings, flash-sale prices that expire within hours, lift-and-load only quotes, B2B/wholesale pricing, items shipped from outside the UAE (cross-border listings), and pricing errors. We also can't match grey-market imports without a UAE warranty.
Can I get a price match after I bought from Marshal?▾
Yes — within 7 days of your delivery date. WhatsApp the proof and your Marshal order number. Approved refunds for the price difference go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Does the price match include delivery and installation?▾
We compare like-for-like total cost: product price + delivery + install. If a competitor sells the same product cheaper but charges for delivery or installation, the all-in totals are what we match. Our delivery + installation are typically free, which usually puts us ahead even before the match.
