The agreement between you and Marshal Fitness when you use marshalfitness.com or buy our products. UAE-governed; Dubai courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using marshalfitness.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under UAE law to place an order.
3. Orders and pricing
- All prices are in AED and include 5% VAT unless stated.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if pricing is mistakenly listed or stock is unavailable.
- An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp.
4. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby (Pay in 4 — 0% interest, subject to Tabby approval), Tamara (Split in 3 — 0% interest, subject to Tamara approval), Slice by Network (4 or 8 monthly instalments on UAE bank credit cards at the courier's POS), and Cash on Delivery. Card data is processed by PCI-DSS-compliant gateways — we never store it. Buy-now-pay-later plans follow each provider's own terms, eligibility thresholds, and fee schedule; minimums are applied automatically at checkout.

6. Returns & Warranty
See our Returns & Refunds page (3–5 day window on sealed cartons, up to 25% restocking on opened) and Warranty page (UAE-first tiered policy: 1 yr standard, 2 yrs on AED 2,000+ items, extendable +1 yr).
7. Limitation of liability
Marshal Fitness is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products beyond their intended purpose, including failure to follow assembly or safety instructions.
8. Intellectual property
All content (text, images, logos, design, code) on marshalfitness.com is owned by Marshal Fitness or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, republish, or repurpose without written consent.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
