Opened cartons are still returnable. Our inspection looks at packaging condition, completeness, and signs of use — most opened returns settle between 0% and 25% restocking. You see the exact deduction before we issue the refund; if you don't accept, we ship the item back to you at no cost.

What is the Marshal Fitness return window?▾
You can return any sealed, unopened product within 3–5 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. After 3–5 days, or once the carton is opened, our restocking terms apply (see below).
What happens if I opened the box or used the item?▾
Opened cartons and used items are still returnable but subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, deducted based on condition. Our team inspects the item after pick-up and confirms the exact deduction before processing your refund.
Which items cannot be returned at all?▾
Hygiene-sensitive accessories (yoga mats, gloves, mouth-guards) once their seal is broken, customised or engraved products, items damaged by misuse, and clearance / final-sale items are non-returnable. Each PDP shows a clear "Non-returnable" badge when this applies, so you know before you order.

Do you charge for the return pick-up?▾
No. Pick-up is free anywhere in the UAE for eligible returns. Ruwais and remote zones may take an extra day or two but the pick-up itself is still free.
How long until I see my refund?▾
Card payments: 3–7 business days back to the original card. Tabby / Tamara / Slice: handled via the provider, and any remaining instalments are cancelled. Cash on Delivery: bank transfer to the IBAN you give us, usually within 3–5 business days of inspection.
