> What is your policy on returns?
– Everything you buy, you can’t returned or replaced it, especially if you just “changed your mind.”
> So what can be refunded, exchanged or returned?
Marshal Fitness® said the general rule is if there is a breach in agreement or if product is defective and is beyond repair.
“In case of manufacture defect, Marshal Fitness® are obliged to repair the damage (depending of the nature of product) but if repairs cannot be done, the Marshal Fitness® should offer a replacement or refund.”
> Are there products I cannot return by raising an online return request?
You will not be able to return any product you’ve ordered online by your choice. This usually includes any product that requires assembly.

> How I will get back my refund?
If you want to return part of such an order, Call Customer Service or return the product to Our Warehouse.
Here’s how your refund works:
Once we receive all the products we will issue your refund to your Bank Account as the case may be. This will take 10 to 14 Business Working Days.
If you paid by cash, here’s how your refund works:
- If you return your order by calling Customer Support, you can ask for a bank transfer (if you’re a registered user) or a Return Voucher (if you’re a guest user).
- If you return to a store, you can request a cash refund, a Credit Note or a refund to My Credit in your account.
- If you place an online return request, you’ll receive a refund to My Credit in your account (if you’re a registered user) or a Return Voucher (if you’re a guest user).
> Can I exchange my purchase for another product?
Yes! You can exchange your product (Only if the product is in Original Packaging). If your alternate product have less the value than your return product, you need to buy the some more product for complete the value of exchange amount. And, If the amount of your alter product is greater than your exchange product, you will pay the difference in cash.
> My VIP Delivery didn't arrive on time?
If, for some reason, we fail to deliver on the next day, we will deliver than after next day. However, if you miss the delivery because you’re not at the delivery location when our delivery partner arrives with the order, we’re sorry, We will charge you an extra for this cause.
> Installation Service.
Due to COVID-19 current situation, we assembled the item in our warehouse, and do the Sanitize 2 times before shipped. In normal days, Installation will be implemented by our qualified engineer at your home based on your convenient time. Please note that Installation service is applicable only for Sports & Fitness Equipment, and no Installation will be done for items like Brackets/ Pulls up bars / Hooks for Punching bags.
